Walk and Talk - City with a Soul

Take action for the good of someone in your community! Invite someone to go for a walk with you. Start a conversation as you walk about how you can make an impact on the world today and bring hope to someone in need.

This coming Sunday afternoon (15 May) 2pm-3pm.

       Youth  Happenings       

FOOD FOR THE BODY AND FOOD FOR THE SOUL

This event for young adults will continue to be held on the 2nd Friday of each month at 7pm in the Assisi Room Calwell. The next will be this Friday 13 May. A donation to cover the cost of the food would be appreciated.

NEW!!!  7-10 Group is starting up again

The first all new 7-10 youth group afternoon will run from 4:30-5:30pm next Sunday (22 May) at the Holy Family School hall. The theme is friendship. It is a fun afternoon that will mainly involve some games/activities, a short reflection and food.

Cost is $2 to help cover the cost of the food. Age group: years 7 to 10.

 MenALIVE Weekend for Men. What are you doing on the 2nd and 3rd of July? Could you benefit from a weekend, featuring talks, personal testimonies, opportunities for discussion, and space to reflect? Since menALIVE commenced in 2003, over 5800 Catholic men have been encouraged and inspired at weekends across Australia and New Zealand. LITURGICAL FORMATION and EDUCATION SESSIONS FOR VARIOUS MINISTRIES

If you are currently on the liturgical rosters or would like to be on these rosters in the future (Reader, Commentator, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Acolyte, Minister of the Altar, Hospitality [including Welcomers, Ushers, Money Collectors, Flower Arrangers], Children’s Liturgy or Liturgy of the Word with Holy Communion) we are organising various session times in late May and during June for you to attend.
